Perfect location for someone who travels a lot for business. The apartment has a huge living room and dining/kitchen area with a large balcony to enjoy the wonderful Dutch summer! There is a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Large modern bathroom with two sinks and separate toilet. Parking can be arranged for an extra fee per month. Gym membership is available for all residents of the apartment complex at the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel, which is just a few minutes walk away. Full contract provided and registration is available. You will be sharing with me - a 38 year-old professional guy from Australia. I'm sociable, easy-going, very clean and although I do have friends over for a drink once in a while the atmosphere is very chilled. I also travel around 25% of the year. In order to propose potential candidates to the agency and landlord you will need to be able to provide the following: - Passport/I.D.; - Proof of employment i.e. a copy of your employment contract & employer's contact details; - Copies of your last three payslips/or bank statement proving you receive income; - Copy of your bankcard. N.B: The price of €965 per month is not inclusive of utilities. The total INCLUSIVE price of this room is €1075 per moth.
